Hints and Tips
- Timing: The report uses data which is updated overnight so it will not return data for transactions posted the day the report is run.
- It is suggested that you use the Excel Template output as this has been formatted to improve the usability of the report.
What is included:
- Collaborative projects as well as On Hold/Pending Close projects. Closed projects will be included if they have expenditure in the report periods range. Users should bear this in mind when selecting data for analysis.
Remaining months figure: This is calculated based on the difference between the announced end date and the latest GL period specified in the parameters, it is not calculated with reference to the date on which the report is run. This should be borne in mind when analysing the data.
