Financials Training

The Finance Training Team delivers training to University staff on Oracle Financials and on the broader topics of financial management at the University.

We provide online courses, courses delivered via Teams and classroom courses.

Please be aware that training before access is mandatory for access to Oracle Financials in all but the iProcurement Approvers Only role.

All training courses, either online, via Teams or in the classroom, should be managed by the individual themselves via CoSy. A short video is available regarding How to Book a Finance Training Course

Online courses are completed via the My eLearning tile in CoSy.

Bookings for courses which are to be delivered via Teams will be followed by an invitation to the Teams meeting.

Classroom courses are delivered primarily at IT Services, 13 Banbury Road with other courses delivered at the Hythe Bridge Street office. Training can also be provided for specific groups in venues around the University by arrangement. Under certain circumstances the team can also provide one-to-one support.

Access will be granted for each role as and when the training is completed.
