This report has been tuned to address the slow performance and will now run much more efficiently. The issue with the Project Manager field, where at times displaying previous rather than current Project Manager, has also been addressed. Once the fix is LIVE in Splash on the evening of 23rd January 2023, all existing schedules will need to be cancelled and new ones created otherwise these will error. Also, please only run ‘fresh’ submissions and don’t use the ‘previous submissions’ functionality, as this may also error and pick up the previous version of the report.
Why run this report?
- To produce a list of all projects and tasks within your department created on Oracle Financials, including funding information.
When should you run this report?
This report is recommended if you want to see a list of projects within your department, especially setup information including cost centre posting information and the requisition approval override path.

Which outputs does this report have?
- Excel - a simple list of data that can be filtered but has no totals.
- Excel Pivot - designed to make analysis of the data easier, the default layout can be changed once the report has opened in Excel from this output.
Which roles have access to this report?
Hints and tips
For each project and task the report returns data at these levels only. The output includes funding information, tax flags and AME override positions, total budget for the task, and budgeting control settings.
The pivot is grouped by project manager to see funding totals for each Principle Investigator
There is no need to enter a Project Organisation as the underlying report security will ensure that only projects/tasks owned by your department are returned in the report output.
