The University’s current Procurement Strategy runs from 2018 to 2022. The purpose is to set out a medium-term strategy for the delivery of procurement arrangements across the University and objectives for success.
The Procurement Strategy has been developed along five strategic aims:
- Leveraging University Expenditure
- Enhancing Devolved Practice
- Developing Stakeholder Relationships
- Managing Supply Risk
- Developing Professional Talent
Specific yearly implementation plans are developed against this strategy and delivered by the University Purchasing Department.
