The Financial Processes and Improvements team
The Financial Processes and Improvements team works to ensure that the University’s financial processes and controls are properly designed and operating as intended, and drives compliance with the financial procedures. The team works across the Finance Division and all departments in the University, supporting the design and operation of financial processes, driving their continuous improvement, and ensuring that the University is compliant with its Financial Regulations. The Process Oversight Groups and Process User Groups are key to this work.
Financial Processes and Improvements work closely with the other teams within Financial Processes, Systems and Assurance.
Financial Processes and Improvements work includes the implementation of recommendations from (financial) assurance providers into processes and the work of the University.
